Yes. Our Managed Hosting (Cloud & Ops) runs worldwide. We adapt hardware frequencies (e.g., US915 for USA, AS923 for Asia) according to local regulations and deliver the appropriate gateways.

Usually not in person (except for large projects). We rely on remote enablement: We send pre-configured "Plug & Play" kits and train your local personnel or partners on-site via video call. This saves travel costs and strengthens local competence.

You decide. By default, we host everything in German data centers (GDPR-compliant). For projects with latency requirements or local data residency laws, we can also deploy instances in AWS/Azure regions on-site (e.g., USA East, Singapore).

Because that's where we're physically located and have short distances for "hands-on" support. It's our "lab" for the real world. What works in German industrial environments works everywhere.
